• Dr. Brent Fogel, a prominent researcher of a related disease, has recently broadened his investigation to include ALS4.

• He is conducting a molecular genetic study to better understand thecause of ALS4 and to identify new targets for future therapies.

• To do this, he needs to collect a small blood sample from as many ALS4 patients and their blood-relatives as we can provide.

• In most cases, this collection of blood can be handled via the mail.
